EventEase is a UI/UX project created to help users plan and manage events in a simple and organized way. The goal was to design an experience that makes creating events, inviting guests, and keeping track of event details easy for users. Throughout the project, I focused on creating a clean interface that is both functional and easy to navigate.
I explored several logo concepts and experimented with different color combinations before choosing a final palette of navy blue, sky blue, white, and yellow accents. Once the branding direction was established, I designed the mobile interface in Figma, focusing on clear navigation, visual consistency, and ease of use. I also used Figma Make to add interactive elements and create a working prototype that demonstrates the user journey and key app features. The final design allows users to create events, manage guest lists, send invitations, and track event details through a clean and user-friendly experience.

User Feedback & Design Improvements
I conducted user testing with one participant to evaluate the usability and overall experience of EventEase. The participant was asked to complete common tasks such as creating an event, navigating the app, and inviting guests. Their feedback helped me identify both strengths and areas for improvement. Overall, the participant found the app easy to use and visually appealing, while suggesting improvements to navigation, guest invitations, and text readability.
